Minitoon.Games takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it. We keep things simple: we collect only what we need and never sell your data.

Data We Collect

We collect minimal personal data, and only when necessary:

• Email address — when you create an account to sync your game progress across devices
• Game progress & preferences — scores, unlocks, settings, stored against your account
• Payment information — if you subscribe to Minitoon Premium; handled entirely by Stripe, we never see your card details
• Basic usage data — page loads and errors collected by our hosting provider for performance monitoring

How We Use Your Data

• To sync your game progress across devices
• To manage your Minitoon Premium subscription
• To respond to support or business inquiries you initiate
• To keep the service running reliably and fix bugs

We do not use your data for advertising profiling, behavioral tracking, or any purpose beyond what is listed above.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except:

• Supabase — our database and authentication provider, used to store account data securely
• Stripe — processes Premium subscription payments on our behalf
• Legal authorities, if required by law

Both Supabase and Stripe are GDPR-compliant processors bound by data processing agreements.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in across visits. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics scripts.

Data Retention

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time (see Your Rights below), after which we will remove your data within 30 days.

Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or misuse, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure credential storage via Supabase Auth.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data

Children

Our games are intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
